Excellent day at the Juku!!! Brian Collins Sensei from Chukushin Aikijujustu was at the Juku doing a workshop on Aiki!! Excellent class!! Yonkaju waza was emphasized. Especially since my students learned Shiko sabaki!! Excellent!!!
