Book Report – The Essence of Goju Ryu Vol II

 Just reading the second chapter of this book. It reads well like the first. It provides more interesting info on Goju connecting stances with principles of Goju. Tying Hojo Undo with developing stances and technique. Photos provide really good examples to support the discussion.


The authors provide references from interviews and trg with Shihan/Shidoin such as Iha Koshin Hanshi and Hokama Tetsuhiro, Judan.
